The Process
From the start we take care to listen to our clients, we are here to assist you until your vision has become a reality. Our process is designed to be stress-free, well guided, and exciting! Although each project can be a little bit different, below are the steps we strive to work through with our clients.
WHAT TO EXPECT
GETTING STARTED
Hearing your goals, needs and wants we will walk you through the steps and what you can expect. We will look at several things: location, lot purchase, floor plan options, timeline, and cost.
DESIGN AND REVIEW
Onto the fun part – it’s time to design! We will take as much time as needed to make your home just right.
BUDGET
Once your design is complete we will put together an initial budget and make any changes to help fit your needs.
FINANCE
With a cost in mind it is now time sit down with either one of our lenders or another of your choosing, to secure pre-approval for your loan.
FINAL BUDGET & CONTRACT
Just a few more paperwork steps! We will review your final budget, and again make any changes you might need. We will walk you through the contract with you, and Apex Developements LLC and sign.
FINALIZE FINANCING
At this point the plans, specifications, budget and contract are sent to the bank. The lender will order the appraisal for the property. Once that is in you will close on the loan.
IT’S TIME TO START BUILDING!
Apex Developments LLC will submit plans to the building department for review and approval. Once the permit has been issued construction will start!
